Oscillator Tube GK-9B
Application:
Oscillator tube GK-9B is a powerful triode in glass-to-metal design with the thoriated tungsten, directly heated, carbonized cathode and outer anode, with the forced air cooling of anode and leg. It’s designed for power amplification at the frequency range up to 2 MHz in the stationary electronic devices.
Limiting operating data: Filament voltage, V - 7.9 - 8.7; Anode voltage, V - 12; Bias voltage, kV - 1; Starting filament current, A 250; Anode dissipated power, kW - 18; Grid dissipated power, W - 500; Operating frequency at oscillating power of not less than 30 kW - 2 MHz; Temperature of the bulb, leg and glass-to-metal seal - 150° C; Operating temperature of environment for GK-9B - from -60° to +70° C
Forced cooling:
- of anode - air is not less than 1300 m3 / h;
- of leg – air is not less than 30 m3 / h;
